Hudson Veterinary Care Policies

COVID Policy

At Hudson Veterinary Care, the health and well-being of all pets, families, and our team continues to be our top priority. We are abiding by the following precautionary measures during the current COVID-19 pandemic:

  • We are currently open for clients and their pets to enter the facility for their scheduled appointments. As CDC guidelines change, we will update our guidelines accordingly.
  • Please bear with us as the changes in response to COVID-19 may have impacts on efficiency. We appreciate your patience!
  • For additional questions regarding your pet’s appointment, please call us at 603-696-4298

Payment Policy

We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Scratchpay, and cash.

For clients who need payment options, we work with CareCredit and ScratchPay. Please use the links to apply for approval prior to your visit.

Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask for a 24-hour cancellation notice for appointments and a 48-hour notice to cancel surgical appointments.

For appointments scheduled with one of our Veterinary Specialists, a non-refundable deposit and a 48-hour cancellation notice are required.

Medical Records

We kindly ask that you have your pet’s complete medical records forwarded to us prior to your appointment. They can be emailed to contact@hudsonvetcare.com. This helps our veterinarians review your pet’s needs prior to your appointment. We reserve the right to reschedule your appointment if medical history is not provided.

Late Appointments

In order to respect both our clients and team’s time, we request you arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment. This allows us to confirm your contact information and make changes if needed. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late for their scheduled appointment time may result in being rescheduled.

No Show for Appointments

We understand emergencies happen, and life can be crazy. Failure to not show up for an appointment without giving us notice prevents us from offering care to another pet that is in need. We reserve the right to collect a non-refundable deposit for the cost of an appointment to reschedule.
